"JUST THE PLACE MELTO HAS BEEN SCREAMING FOR Thought id check out the new spot in meltons kabab scene i had the Heart attack and does it live up to its name the wife had the platter for one and the daughter a HSP. All i can say is OMG has to be hands down the best place i have had a kabab for in quite awhile and also not to mention value you for money. 100% will be going back and recommend"

"I came in feeling unsure of what I wanted to get, as I had never ordered an açaí bowl before. The lady who served me was unbelievably patient and kind. Even though I was very nervous, she reassured me that everything was okay and that I could take all the time I needed to order whatever I wanted. In such a calm and encouraging way, she explained what each item was and answered all the questions I had, even though it meant changing the order and doing extra work for her. This made the whole experience feel safe, relaxed, and supportive. I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve had such a genuinely lovely experience in any shop. The daytime staff were very busy, yet you could clearly see how well they worked together. The teamwork was strong, positive, and supportive, creating such a welcoming and positive environment. Even though it was busy, it was the kind of shop and atmosphere that made you want to dine in, with a warm, homely, and genuinely caring feel, with a relaxed, happy, and wholesome vibe to it. This shop is a real asset to Melton. What stood out most is how supportive and inclusive the staff are. This lady, in particular, creates a safe and encouraging space for people with disabilities, including those on the NDIS, who may need extra confidence when ordering or being in a busy shop. It truly allows people to feel comfortable learning and gaining independence in a shopping environment. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made, but the service is what really made this experience special. To the lady who helped me — thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for making me feel confident, cared for, and respected, even when I was struggling. You didn’t just make my day better, you genuinely made me smile. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m proud to say we have this shop in Melton. I’ll definitely be recommending it to everyone. "$18 for just acai on its own - is a meal in & of itself so be sure to share this baby with friends & family because it is huge! The acai is strong in flavour! My favourite tasting so far & it's extra for toppings. This ended up being just over $20 according to my hubby I think there was too much chocolate sauce on the bottom & the granola was chunky & sweet - which was different but still enjoyable. I couldn't finish this mammoth bowl of sugar Definitely give it a go if you have $ to burn. The customer service is top notch"

"My wife and I dined in and had two HSPs and they were absolutely amazing! We also ordered desserts the Dubai chocolate and the strawberry dessert. We only had the desserts later at home. The Dubai chocolate was rich and delicious which we both enjoyed. The strawberry dessert had a small issue. Instead of leaving a negative review I reached out to the restaurant to see if they could make it right. The manager went above and beyond and offered to replace it with another Dubai chocolate. I really appreciate the excellent service and how they handled the situation. It shows they truly care about their customers. We will definitely be back! Ray"

"Super yum! My partner and I went in at around 9pm on a weekend and got a regular HSP, which was a great deal! Pretty cheap and a lot of food. We ate in the store and the service was pretty good, there was a boy working who was very extroverted and was talking to all the customers (except us though lol) he was giving out free açai samples and just overall giving off good vibes (we didn’t get any though hahaha), overall good experience and the store is very aesthetic and modern! Great place to go if you’re craving some good food late at night and you don’t want fast food. Would recommend"
